Mas na verdade ela é assim apenas no estado de sistema fechado. Quando aberta, ela deve ser uma espiral. Quando na forma original de luz primordial ela é na forma de ondas, lightwaves. Mas agora surge outra possibilidade. Cada haste do DNA contem acúcares e pontes de fosfato. Segundo minha interpretação da fórmula, cada açucar representa ou F1 ou F4, os dois "sexos" da fórmula. São alinhados numa sequencia alternada: F1>F4>F1>F4> ... e assim por diante. Na fórmula, a face esquerda começa em F1 terminando em F4 e a face direita começa em F4 terminando em F1. Isto significa que na haste do DNA a fórmula, que no desenho acima é esférica, se abre, tornando-se uma linha, reta ou curva. Mas percebo agora que isto pode acontecer em outra situação, quando ocorre como sugerido no desenho abaixo:

Observe a corrente sanguinea no topo do desenho. Dela parte a Methionine, que adentra o cytosol ( acho que isso é citoplasma). Então consideremos que a methionine é F1. O circuito vai para a esquerda, como na fórmula, passa por SAM, SAH, chegando a HCY. Em HCY o circuito se bifurca ( ainda como na fórmula), um ramo lateral volta para Met ( como na fórmula) e o outro vai para a corrente sanguinea lateral, da base. Isto significa que a face esquerda vai até HCY, quando começa a face direita.
Sendo assim, ou não, se a fórmula estiver errada, não importa, devo agora estudar detalhadamente o que são estas coisas ( SAM, SAH, etc.) e por em cada uma a função que corresponde à sua posição na fórmula da Matrix. Alem de entender o que é esse metabolismo, é possivel que detecte os pontos e causas de doenças e disfunções causadas no mal funcionamento destas reações. Portanto...

The methionine cycle mediates a host of methyl-transfer reactions, including those of DNA methylation (DNMT). Homocysteine (Hcy) is a major biomarker for cardiovascular disease, and GSH is one of the main anti-oxidants produced by the liver. Folate is one of the B vitamins (B-9). Vitamin B-12 is a co-factor for the MS reaction, and vitamin B-6 is a cofactor for the CBS, CTGL, GDC, and both SHMT reactions. Thus it is not surpising that deficencies in dietary B-vitamin input and genetic polymorphisms for the enzymes in one-carbon metabolism are associated with a host of human health concerns, including cancer, cardiovascular disease and neural tube defects.

Project "Mathematical Models of Cell Metabolism"
My intention is to contribute to the project. Yours models
are valorous for my research, which uses a very different approach, but with
same yours goals: understanding and searching the cure for diseases.
The entire metabolism of Methianine, for instance, is the establishment
of a system. I have a theoretical model of natural systems. The model is a formula
in shape of software’s diagram. The formula as closed system, or most perfect
system, is used as template for comparative analyses of all existent systems.
Like I am doing with Methianine system inside liver cells. The final result of
this method will be the understanding of the system, the rules of each circuit
segment, each substrate, and the location of points where a non-functional
methilanine system are different from the same points at the perfect system.
So, we could getting causes of some
diseases that are not discovered yet by standard methods.
Excuse me the errors of English language, which turns on
very difficult yours understanding of this complex issue, which you have never
seen before. But, if you have interest, I could trying to clarify the

Yours models fits very well with the formula. So, try to
change each step at the reaction by each Fs of the formula. The Fs means “universal
systemic functions” and the sequence of Fs mimics the same sequence of any body
under transformations caused by life’s cycles process. It happens that Nature
organizes matter into systems when applies the life’s cycle process on a
initial body, producing variations of shapes
and functions. After that, those multiplied bodies self-connects by the same
prior sequence, becoming the whole a new system. Methilanine is the initial
body, F1. The following chemical reactions are the steps applied by the
formula, trying to reproduce itself, in a new environment. Any questions,
