There are evidences for natural evolution while the creation by a non-universal force is still a possible hypothesis. The fault of Darwinian evolutionary theory to show final evidences is due Modern Synthesis still studying only micro-evolution ( biological evolution is merely a cycle inside the big macro process of evolution, called cosmological evolution). At Matrix/DNA Theory we are discovering that biological evolution is influenced by mechanisms that has ruled cosmological evolution, from particles to atoms to galaxies. These mechanisms are necessary for understanding mutations and transformations of shapes. For us at Matrix/DNA the natural history of this Universe has no more secrets, but, our problems now are related to what's going on outside the Universe, where all laws must be reversed, so, all possibilities must be considered.

The problem is not the real natural process of evolution and real facts of origins hidden under the Bible's scripture. It is all about human interpretations, as discovered now by a new and different interpretation of those real facts, called Matrix/DNA Theory. The facts that Science and the Bible deal with are the same, the interpretations of evolutionists are 50% right and 50% wrong, while the interpretations of Christians are just 50% right where evolutionists are 50% wrong, and vice-versa. Evolution of biological systems is a fact, the problem is the neo-Darwinian theory, pointing out wrong interpretations of real mechanisms and non-complete, since that the three variables VSI - Variation, Selection, Inheritance - are merely half history because the variable are seven, not three. The problem is that Darwin and reductionism has separated Cosmological Evolution and Biological evolution into two blocks without any link between then, and it is a big mistake. Then, the four variable acting here over evolution are not seen, producing gaps and denying the effort of explanations, which are opportunistically used by creationists. 

 Genesis, Adam and Even in the Paradise, were not revealed by supernatural beings, it was the memory of ancient people remembering by flashes the history of our ancestors comprising 13,7 billion years, history registered at the memory of our DNA at the center of neurons.  But those flashes were wrong interpreted, the Paradise is the right description of ancestors at the state of thermodynamic system under equilibrium by metaphors.

@MatrixDNA You sound like the guy on the corner who seems to say very complicated stuff but under close examination everyone realizes that he is "off his rocker", so to speak.  Almost every explaination for creationism I've ever heard hinges on some small unsubstantiated and/or unprovable idea.

My "enlightened" friend, I don't say complicated stuff because I merely describes the natural world which is very simple. It is ironic the modern culture has complicated interpretations of natural phenomena with high mathematical masturbations at a level that now they are enable to go back to real nude Nature, and says that nature is complicated, not them!... I am saying what I am watching here, at Amazon jungle, listening to elements that were real witnesses of the origins of this biosphere, still untouched and alive. They talks also about their memories when their ancestors were galaxies, atoms, particles at the primordial chaos. My one thousand thesis are provable ideas, scientifically falsifiable, since we get the new necessary tools for doing it. Cheers, you are invited to came here taking a shower of real world for fight the addiction of mathematics metaphysics that grows under air-conditioning.

Of course, there isn't ! Evolution produced the ingredients at that pond scum, and not the pond scum produced evolution. Yours problem is that you does not know the very logical theoretical model of the building blocks of astronomical systems and atoms, from who came the evolution and from who cames the non-living genes that were hidden from you at that pond scum. If you know the models you will see that it is very more logical than the Bible's narrative.

An international team of scientists has identified a gene linking brain structure to intelligence, finding that teenagers carrying a particular gene variant had a thinner cortex in the left cerebral hemisphere and performed less well on tests for intellectual ability.

Isto ainda não é a grande e decisiva descoberta que estamos esperando da neurologia - como os neuronios estão relacionados com o pensamento, como o cérebro produz a mente e auto-consciência, se é ele quem as produz - mas já é um importantitissomo passo nessa direção. No entanto, a crença que domina o pensamento academico moderno ( a quimica e a genética seriam as fontes da personalidade humana, como se os genes tivessem propósitos para o futuro, tivessem uma personalidade própria, etc.) vai contra a sugestão da Matrix/DNA Theory, a qual sugere um processo de feed-back entre hardware, o corpo, sua genética, e uma contra-face a que chamo "software natural", que seria uma espécie de alma da pessoa fazendo parte de uma alma do mundo. Então, enquanto estes pesquisadores vêm os genes como responsaveis pela estrutura cerebral e tipos de sinapses entre os neuronios, a Matrix/DNA vê os tipos de sinapses como fatores que determinam a expressão dos genes.

Intuição inspirada enquanto assisto Cosmos - Episodio 5

Há 20 anos atrás, na selva amazônica, a fórmula da Matrix me deu uma idéia. Então desenhei um gráfico carteziano tendo como coordenada vertical a dimensão tempo e como coordenada horizontal a dimensão espaço. No ponto zero imaginei estar o momento do Big Bang, e surgindo os vórtices quânticos emitindo as ondas de luz, sendo o vórtice, a primeira forma do sistema universal que veio sob evolução desde aquele momento, culminando hoje com esta nova forma que vemos aqui, a auto-consciência. Assim um corpo inicial foi rolando ao sabor do tempo e do espaço dirigido pelas leis da macro-evolução. Para minha grande surpresa, o corpo que partiu do eixo zero, no Big Bang, começou a fazer curvas, deu a volta, e retornou ao eixo zero. Porem agora transformado em pura auto-consciência.

A outra grande surpresa ao observar o gráfico resultante é que as pegadas do corpo deixadas no grafico, que seria o correspondente à inteira História Universal, formaram um desenho, o qual ée incrivelmente igual ao desenho de um par lateral de nucleotideos, a unidade fundamental de informação do DNA !!!

O que isto significa ? - se o grafico realmente representar a realidade?

Primeiro que o DNA é a face do Universo, é a essência do Universo, mas não sua forma biológica, e sim a sua forma na substancia da luz e daqueles vórtices quanticos primordiais. Mas quando pensei nisso, uma sensação de mal-estar me abateu. Pois,... quem realmente fêz toda aquela investigação teórica foi um cérebro humano, o qual tem como unidade fundamental os neuronios, os quais tem como unidade fundamental o ...DNA. Concluindo, quem estava inquirindo o mundo era o próprio DNA. E ele se encontrou a si mesmo, como a resposta suprema. Ele projetou sua face sobre o Universo, de maneira que o Universo se contorceu, se esticou, encurtou, até apresentar aquela face. É o mesmo caso ocorrido com os homens quando projetaram a personalidade humana sobre um imaginado Deus, dotando-o de caracteristicas humanas... e até uma face humana.

O mal-estar veio disto: o resultado final de tanto trabalho era invalido, eu tinha que suspeitar das intenções do meu DNA, o agente que fêz os calculos. Tive o impeto de amassar toda aquela papelada com calculos e graficos e jogar tudo no lixo. Mas daí me veio outro pensamento. Os religiosos misticos viram a face de um Deus mistico; os materialistas mecanicistas viram a face do Universo como uma maquina regrada pela cega mecânica; eu, soltando livre meu DNA na natureza bruta da selva amazonica ví a face do universo/DNA...Então... a inevitavel conclusão: o Universo tem mil faces ao mesmo tempo, cada uma ao sabor do gôsto do freguês!

Isto significa que o Universo é "RELATIVISTICO"!

Cada diferente observador, situado no seu especifico ponto do tempo/espaço captará uma dimensão especifica em todos os objetos, todos os fenomenos e eventos naturais, que veio do Big Bang e retorna a ele, explicando a história desta especifica dimensão, enquanto ele tende a ignorar todos os detalhes das outras 10 dimensões que igualmente constituem e atuam sobre os mesmos fenomenos. Cada dimensão é real, não é mera ilusão, porem ela nada explica do Universo, do significado da existencia, pois isso só poderá ser obtido por um observador que capta as 10 - ou mais - dimensões.

Até mesmo...

Em outro artigo no meu website explico como a moderna cultura academica mecanicista descreve a história do Universo pelo mesmo jeito que descrevemos a história da maquina inventada pleos humanos a partir do motor a explosão. Por isso esta visão de mundo contem mais erros que acêrtos, por isso não vêm como a Evolução Cosmológica já continha todas as forças e elementos para produzir mais tarde a evolução biológica. Mas - e este é um duro golpe - isto aponta sem apelação para o fato que a minha descoberta cosmovisão tambem tem que conter muitos erros.

Agora assistindo a série Cosmos- A Space Odissey, Episódio 5, de repente entendí melhor porque somos levados a estas ilusórias faces do Universo. Enquanto uma onda de luz contem infinitas diferentes frequencias, infinitos diferentes estados vibracionais, e nós, para facilitar a abordagem, dividimos em sete grupos de frequencias, diferentes observadores possuem sensores cerebrais capazes de captar apenas uma, ou poucas destas frequencias. Daí temos o que para nós é chamada de frequencia da luz visivel enquanto as outras frequencias e suas parcelas do mundo que elas revelam, ficam invisiveis. Novamente a luz desponta como causa primordial, desviando ainda mais nossa atenção para ela, neste estagio de nossa investigação.Mas isso tudo nos fornece uma dura lição. Todo tipo de fundamentalismo é expressão de arrogancia. Toda pessoa autoritaria acredita que ela, e apenas ela, conhece a Verdad, que ela é uma entidade especial neste mundo, que ela tem uma missão "divina" por isso ela vai de vitória em vitória, porque a estrela dela brilha, enquanto a dos outros permanecem apagadas. Mas... o Universo espera estas pessoas com uma armadilha corretora de seus erros, vestindo uma mascara falsa, que é justamente a face da pessoa contendo uma falsa verdade! Lindo, magnifico mundo...          

Light-Matter Interactions in Atomic Scale

Directly measuring how light manipulates matter on the atomic scale has never been possible, until recently. An international team of scientists led by Thornton Glover of the U.S. Department of Energy's Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (Berkeley Lab) used the Linac Coherent Light Source (LCLS) at the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory to mix a pulse of superbright x-rays with a pulse of lower frequency, "optical" light from an ordinary laser. By aiming the combined pulses at a diamond sample, the team was able to measure the optical manipulation of chemical bonds in the crystal directly, on the scale of individual atoms.

Mixing x-rays with light in x-ray diffraction X-ray and optical wave-mixing is an x-ray diffraction technique similar to that long used in solving the structures of proteins and other biological molecules in crystalline form.

In contrast to conventional diffraction, wave mixing selectively probes how light reshapes the distribution of charge in a material. It does this by imposing a distinction between x-rays scattered from optically perturbed charge and x-rays scattered from unperturbed charge.

"You can think of the electrons orbiting atoms in a material as belonging to one of two groups," says Glover. "The 'active' electrons are the outer, loosely bound valence electrons that participate in chemical reactions and form chemical bonds. The 'spectator' electrons are the ones tightly wrapped around the nucleus at the atom's core." Glover explains that "because the x-ray photon energy is large compared to the electron binding energy, in a typical scattering experiment all electrons scatter with comparable strength and are therefore more or less indistinguishable."

"So x-rays can tell you where atoms are, but they usually can't reveal how the chemically important valence charge is distributed," Glover says. "However, when light is also present with the x-rays, it wiggles some portion of the chemically relevant valence charge. X-rays scatter from this optically driven charge, and in doing so the x-ray photon energy is changed."

The modified x-rays have a frequency (or energy) equal to the sum of the frequencies of both the original x-ray pulse and the overlapping optical pulse. The change to a slightly higher energy provides a distinct signature, which distinguishes wave mixing from conventional x-ray diffraction.

"Conventional diffraction does not provide direct information on how the valence electrons respond to light, nor on the electric fields that arise in a material because of this response," says Glover. "But with x-ray and optical wave mixing, the energy-modified x-rays selectively probe a material's optically responsive valence charge."

Beyond the ability to directly probe atomic-scale details of how light initiates such changes as chemical reactions or phase transitions, sensitivity to valence charge creates new opportunities to track the evolution of chemical bonds or conduction electrons in a material – something traditional x-ray diffraction does poorly. Different components of the valence charge can be probed by tuning the so-called optical pulse; higher-frequency pulses of extreme ultraviolet light, for example, probe a larger portion of valence charge.

Because mixing x-ray and optical light waves creates a new beam, which shows up as a slightly higher-energy peak on a graph of x-ray diffraction, the process is called "sum frequency generation."

It was proposed almost half a century ago by Isaac Freund and Barry Levine of Bell Labs as a technique for probing the microscopic details of light's interactions with matter, by separating information about the position of atoms from the response of valence charge exposed to light. But sum frequency generation requires intense x-ray sources unavailable until recently. SLAC's LCLS is just such a source. It's a free-electron laser (FEL) that can produce ultrashort pulses of high-energy "hard" x-rays millions of times brighter than synchrotron light sources, a hundred times a second.

"The breadth of the science impact of LCLS is still before us," says Jerome Hastings, a professor of photon science at the LCLS and an author of the Nature article. "What is clear is that it has the potential to extend nonlinear optics into the x-ray range as a useful tool. Wave mixing is an obvious choice, and this first experiment opens the door."

Diamonds are just the beginning Glover's team chose diamond to demonstrate x-ray and optical wave mixing because diamond's structure and electronic properties are already well known. With this test bed, wave mixing has proved its ability to study light-matter interactions on the atomic scale and has opened new opportunities for research. "The easiest kinds of diffraction experiments are with crystals, and there's lots to learn," Glover says. "For example, light can be used to alter the magnetic order in advanced materials, yet it's often unclear just what the light does, on the microscopic scale, to initiate these changes."

Looking farther ahead, Glover imagines experiments that observe the dynamic evolution of a complex system as it evolves from the moment of initial excitation by light. Photosynthesis is a prime example, in which the energy of sunlight is transferred through a network of light-harvesting proteins into chemical reaction centers with almost no loss.

"Berkeley Lab's Graham Fleming has shown that this virtually instantaneous energy transfer is intrinsically quantum mechanical," Glover says. "Quantum entanglement plays an important role, as an excited electron simultaneously samples many spatially separated sites, probing to find the most efficient energy-transfer pathway. It would be great if we could use x-ray and optical wave mixing to make real-space images of this process as it's happening, to learn more about the quantum aspects of the energy transfer."

Such experiments will require high pulse-repetition rates that free electron lasers have not yet achieved. Synchrotron light sources like Berkeley Lab's Advanced Light Source, although not as bright as FELs, have inherently high repetition rates and, says Glover, "may play a role in helping us assess the technical adjustments needed for high repetition-rate experiments."

Light sources with repetition rates up to a million pulses per second may someday be able to do the job. Glover says, "FELs of the future will combine high-peak brightness with high repetition rate, and this combination will open new opportunities for examining the interactions of light and matter on the atomic scale."

Luz Natural Contendo o Código Criador da Vida

No decorrer das questões que surgiram após a obtenção da imagem do elo entre a vida e a não-vida ( veja imagem de LUCA), pelo método da anatomia comparada entre os dois tipos de sistemas, surgiu a percepção que o processo do ciclo vital é sumamente importante para entender a Natureza, principalmente porque ele é o processo que produz as diferentes partes de um sistema e depois insere e conecta as partes num único circuito sistêmico. Concentrando-me em pensar e observar o processo do ciclo vital, também descobri que a sequencia dos efeitos deste processo é a mesma frequência do espectro de uma onda de luz natural. Como suspeito que a luz está profundamente relacionada com as origens, passei a entender que a luz foi a substancia que primeiro trouxe o processo do cilo vital a este Universo. Ela seria o código que imprime o processo na massa inerte que é a substancia que preenche o espaço, trazendo o fenômeno dos movimentos, da dinâmica, à massa inerte. E como o processo move os corpos no sentido de formarem sistemas dinâmicos, vivos, o código do ciclo vital na luz significa que a luz contem o código da vida, ou, em outras palavras, a luz é a criadora da vida.

A seguir um gráfico sugerindo como e porque a sequencia das diferentes frequências/cores,vibrações da luz é igual a sequencia das diferentes formas/funções de um corpo humano produzidas pelo processo do ciclo vital.

Tyson on Episode 5 says light hidden more secrets. The Matrix/DNA Theory shows a graphic suggesting that light has the code for creating life. Is there a method for testing the graphic?

The theory is the result of a theoretical exercise: comparative anatomy between living and non-living systems, searching the model of a link between them. The link suggests that the process of life's cycle is very important for nature creating systems from inertial mass. Then, the theory suggests that the sequence of different frequencies/vibrations/colors, seen at a eletromacnetic spectrum of a light wave is equal the sequence of the different shapes of a human body at its longlife. Since that the transformations of shapes are performed by the process of life's cycles, and the light wave is the first source for life's cycles, it means that light is the creator of life. Now, we need to prove that both sequences are really equal or it is merely a wonderful coincidence. Could you think about a kind of experiment for testing the theory?

As observações a que se refere a frase acima são resultantes da captação da galaxia Andromedra por diferentes telescópios com diferentes comprimentos de onda. Vêem a mesma galaxia através de raio-X, infrared, ultravioleta, microwave, ou seja, todas as sete frequencias. Cada frequencia mostra um aspecto diferente da galaxia, das suas estrelas. Juntando estas diferentes fotos, eles montam o ciclo vital de uma estrela. Pela Teoria da Matrix/DNA isto não deveria acontecer? Pois se olhar-mos a formula da Matrix, estrelas estariam apenas na faixa vibratoria da F6, entre radio e microwave. 

Acontece tambem que a matrix/DNA sugere que a estrela é como uma cebola, vai emitindo uma frequencia especifica a cada uma de suas camadas geologicas. Opa, então isto não é evidencia contra. os cientistas estariam sendo enganados, estando certos. Não estão montando o ciclo vital do astro que agora está na forma de estrela, mas sim montando o ciclo vital de um órgão do sistema que o astro constrói estando sob as regras do ciclo vital. Seria como alguem observar o figado de um humano durante toda sua existencia, desde a sua forma quando o corpo estava no estagio fetal, embrionario, depois na forma de criança, adulto, etc. Claro que o figado deve mudar em algo nestas transformações do corpo, Poderiamos dizer que o figado tambem tem seu ciclo vital. É isto que estão vendo nas estrelas?

Luz natural: Diferentes Dimensões, Níveis, Tensões, etc.?

Suspeito que a luz natural que nossos olhos e instrumentos cientificos captam ( na maioria emitida por estrelas), não seja a mesma luz natural emitida pelo Big Bang, responsavel pela "cosmic radiation background" e que seria tambem a substancia da mente, ou auto-consciencia. Vamos tentar desenvolver isto:

1) Em energia elétrica, ela se divide em niveis: temos a fraca energia usada para comandos, que é de 125 Vcc; temos depois a energia transformada de 120 volts para 280 Volts; e depois a transformada de 280 para 480, para 750...

Talvez a luz natural seja a mesma coisa, as estrelas e outros objetos, corpos, seriam equipamentos transformadores, conversores, etc. As maquinas e equipamentos feitos por nós são definidas préviamente para uma especifica "tensão" e assim não captam outras tensões ou podem até explodir. Uma geladeira em 120 volts nada captaria da fraca energia emitida por uma fonte de 125 vcc.

2) Porque os cientistas não captam a força ou substancia que está produzindo o som da radiação cósmica? Pesquisar isto.

3) Por que a energia elétrica varia nos transformadores, o que significa, tensão, etc.? Pesquisar isto

4) Os meus modelos estão dizendo que existem fótons livres no ar vindos da luz ex-machine do Big Bang, que é a acessibilidade dos cérebros humanos e suas capacidades de capacitação que permitem ou não captar e incorporar estes fotons aumentando o poder ou evolução mental, auto-consciente. Mas qual seria a propriedade especifica desta luz que a diferencia da luz retransmitida por objetos naturais? Não deve ser diferença de vibração.
